NTPC had issued notices dated 03.07.2021 alleging that TSL had failed to complete the Coal Handling Plant Package and the extended Coal Handling Project within the stipulated time and had called upon TSL to cure the breach. Thereafter, NTPC had issued notices of termination dated 12.08.2021, terminating the aforesaid Contracts.
